Happy 6th Anniversary To Us!

This picture is old and not good quality, but this is my husband Todd and I when we first met 12 years ago. He had long hair and if memory serves me correctly I had just had hand surgery and was feeling quite relaxed thanks to some little white pills, lol. So, here we are 6 married years later with 2 gorgeous little boys, a nice home and a happy life.

I got lucky with this one! He's a super involved Dad, a really good husband and has the best work ethic of anyone I've ever known. We met through his mother who was my boss at the time. She knew I was single and so was he. Our first date was blind. We had only talked on the phone a couple of times. We went out for a few weeks then went our separate ways. He dated others and so did I. His sister knew how much I cared about him and told me in private one day to not give up on him...so I didn't! I chased him for 3 years before he decided he'd date me.

We got engaged on Christmas Day 2004, much to my surprise. I had no idea what he was planning. In February of 2005 we found out we were pregnant with our first son. Yes, I know we put the cart before the horse. God forgive us! Things happen, lol. We decided to get married in May of 2005 and had Noah in October. In February of 2008 along came our second son Seth. What a joy my 2 boys are! We love them both to pieces!

So, here's to the love of my life. I love you and appreciate you more ever day! I pray daily for another blessed and happy 6 years along with many more after that.
